Effective 02 March 2026, Kuwy Desk will enable
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users, Login will require an OTP after entering your User ID and Password. If you are unsure whether your email or mobile number is updated,
please go to Edit Profile in your account and update your email and mobile number to ensure smooth OTP delivery.
